Welcome to the wellbeing weekly…
My name is Bridie Williams and I am nutritionist, wellbeing advisor and corporate health promotion specialist. I am incredibly passionate about employee wellbeing so that means that in turn, I am passionate about helping companies and organisations provide wellbeing solutions to their employees!
In 2020, I started sharing weekly videos wrapping up what was trending in the corporate wellbeing space and thus, Wellbeing Weekly was born. It is a platform for me to share with you how to make a difference in your workplace by investing in the wellbeing of your employees.
There are plenty of organisations out there that do “generic” wellbeing solutions that are great at the high level but Wellbeing Weekly is more operational: you can log in here, see what wellbeing events and awareness days are coming up and download a white-labelled resource to use. Simple, easy, free.

I have been working in the corporate health promotion space for 5 years now in both the public and private sector on a range of programs. I have worked with financial institutions, logistics companies and government departments of various sizes. As a nutritionist, nutrition and wellness programs are my specialty.
